We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our sweaters as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any product) without notice at any time.

 In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

 Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

 Customs Fees & Taxes: For orders shipped via Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges.

 Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package will be abandoned or returned to us. Any return shipping fees, administrative fees, or customs damage incurred will be deducted from your final product refund. Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
